All classes are on the first and third Friday of the month
9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon PST
Except: December 2021 & April 2022 (only the first Friday)

Support
Keybase!
We have used use private whatsapp groups for support many times, but we now have students who refuse to interact over any Facebook social media platforms.
Therefore, we are going to use Keybase, an encrypted messaging application (not owned by Facebook) for our private class group
Keybase can be installed on your phone or computer, and we will be monitoring the conversation to weigh in and answer questions

Organize yourself into small groups of 2 or 3 (or 4) to meet and practice the new procedures on each other in between classes

Please read the details listed below. We will assume you agree unless we hear otherwise.
Class Videos
Classes are held on Friday. The class recordings will be edited and posted to your Class Videos page as soon as possible after each class is completed. Because the classes are followed by the weekend, it may take till the beginning of the following week before they are available on the site.
We’ll send an email update to let you know.

Class Q&A/Check-in Sessions
We will have the videos edited and posted here as soon as possible after each session.
You’ll be notified by email as soon as the materials are posted.
If you have questions you’d like to ask, please mail them in advance to Cheryl Berry – cheryl@yoursacredanatomy.com
Please paste the text “Master Class Questions for {date} in the subject line (where {date} is the class date for those questions)
Questions submitted by the Monday prior to the class will be included in the Tuesday class.
Communications

Please look for them, they can easily find their way to a non-primary folder.
Staying Up With The Class
Although we aren’t always receiving this information at the same time, please make an effort to stay current with the class. The class achieves a greater resonance and container when we are moving through the material together.
There will be times when this is not possible, but please do your best to stay current.
Teachings and Transmission
Desda’s teachings are a transmission. When she is teaching, she enters an altered state.
Please do not interrupt during her teaching segments – this allows her to go deep and provide you with the best she can offer.
There will always be time for Q&A and sharing later in the class or on the whatsapp.
Small Groups
There will be small discreet groups established for this experience. You are welcome to establish a buddy (or buddies) out of the participants in your class but none will be assigned.
Small groups may decide how they will connect, and are expected to connect at least once per month to share their experiences and reflections.
So you may deepen your practice, Desda urges you to be open to new practitioner friends to expand your connections within the community as you benefit from fresh insights.
